Dr. Brianna Jaris Statement on COVID-19
During this unprecedented time of uncertainty, the mental health challenges that individuals face are at an all-time high. Now, more than ever, it is important that we all come together to support each other and to fight this growing pandemic.
In response to the Government of Ontario recommendations, many mental health professionals are beginning to offer teletherapy - telephone or secure video sessions - so that you may continue to receive help in a safe and healthy manner. Continuity of care is incredibly important for individuals beginning or maintaining psychotherapy – rest assured that you will still have access to professional help.
In response to COVID-19, I will be providing secure, confidential teletherapy sessions via phone or video that you can access from the comfort of your home or office.
